Rubber mats
The rubber granulate acquired during the assessment of used tyres is subsequently processed into final products. A part of our machinery is technology for making rubber mats for children playgrounds meeting the European Union directives and the related Slovak Republic standards on children playgrounds safety (STN EN 1177 and STN EN 1176), for critical fall height (HIC).
A high-quality CONICA polyurethane binder and the rubber granulate created during used tyres assessment are used in rubber mats production.

The production programme of rubber mats meets STN EN 1177 standards for critical fall height (for example, a mat 1175 has the certified critical fall height of 2,95 m).

The production programme also includes production of rubber mats for utilisation of
- Anti-vibration pads - damp unwanted vibrations of various machines and equipment and also perform electro-isolation function
- Substitute for concrete and ceramic flagging - as a substitute for concrete or ceramic flagging around swimming pools, terraces, when reconstructing balconies, loggias, fitness centres, where the main advantage is their anti-skid surface, heat-isolating and anti-vibrating properties
- Flagging under horses and to stables - release the tension in horse sinues and joints, the surface is anti-slid and ensures safe movement, has wonderful isolating effect (less problems with the animal catching cold), sound-isolating effect ensures lower noisiness of stables. Water-permeability ensures higher hygiene compared to common stables and cut in the straw litter, because the surface is easily cleaned by a stream of running water
